Windows Weekly with Paul Thurrott claims a new Xbox 360 is coming in late 2007. A larger hard drive is supposed to be available as well.
You can plug in a USB hard drive to the xbox, which will allow you to access any media on the hard drive, but you will not be able to save data to it.
The new Xbox 360 will be the only Xbox 360 to support IPtv. It will also have a larger hard drive standard. Paul also says it will be quieter than the current model.
