Just like Christmas morning, I awoke to Vista launch day to find two Vista Ultimate Extras on my PC. The first is a BitLocker encryption module extension that I will check out and review later, the second was a nice time killer, Texas Hold’em Poker. I have included a screenshot and played a little, it’s a pretty fun little game. Not sure it’s worth the $399 price of admission, but it’s a nice bonus.
I am real excited for them to release the photo stitching application that Bill Gates showed at CES. There is no way of telling the pace at which they will release these extras, but it’s always nice to get extra functionality after the fact.
