Today, I decided to take Vista Ultimate off of my main box and go back to trusty Windows XP Professional. It’s not really a fault of Vista so to speak, it’s more of an issue of software not working quite like expected and some video driver performance issues, no big news there.
I also had a some quirks like the machine not letting go of the cursor so Synergy could move gracefully to the next desktop. I am finishing up my software setups and desktop beautification and World of Warcraft is installing.
I am still using it on my laptop, and have no issues, the laptop is newer, all of the hardware works fine, I don’t really game with it and I don’t use Dreamweaver very often so it purrs along just fine.
