You won’t be using this to fill in forms on the web or to play WoW like multiplayer games, but for entering small amounts of text, this could be much better. The basic concept is a Soduku style character array. You cursor to the center of a space of an 8 character square, and use the second thumb stick to select the character you want in that array.
I will still vote for the Xbox 360 key pad when it comes out, but this is really slick.
