- Harry Potter 5 is out and the 7th book is days away. If you weren’t already aware, I am a big Potter fan. I have my own set of theories and everything. We checked out the Order of the Phoenix Friday and it was really good. Amazon should have the new book to me by Saturday and I am excited to read it.
- Microsoft Home Server has gone gold. I have been using Home Server for months and have been pretty impressed. It works great and would be a good fit for a consumer who needs central storage and backup.
- Shopping for a laptop these days is difficult. The difference in quality and components can be huge in just $100. Today you can get a very powerful laptop under $1,000. The decision seems to be leaning towards MacBook Pro. I will be ordering next week, I’ll keep updated if I change and post a review soon.
- Paris Hilton Votes for President every year. Who gives a shit?
- Chris Pirillo tried IM’d me this weekend to say he wasn’t a journalist. Is a blogger a journalist? I think so. I consider myself somewhat of a journalist if you follow the definition: the occupation of reporting, writing, editing, photographing, or broadcasting news or of conducting any news organization as a business. I’ll try and get Chris on my podcast so he and I can box out our differences on Vista, would be fun…you in Chris?

- Wireless USB? I can think of quite a few uses. I think they should start with Digital Cameras.
