After a little more investigation, I found Windows Journal. The
blog I will post (with screenshot) will be totally unedited.
this should truly test the quality of the recognition engine,
as well as the quality of my hand writing!
WP have been in Seattle-Redmond for exactly one week and
I could not be sniggling myself more. We got our temporary
housing stuff which means Dawn is playing Halo 3 on the
Xbox 360. I am pretty occupied with all of work and new
software and systems to learn as well at this funky tablet
PC
I don’t know if it’s the blue college rule digital paper or
the nostalgias look of my own handwriting, but I am
going to go before this looks any more like a journal
and not my technology Biog.

Looks like it does a great job of recognition, only noticed two mistakes. WP instead of We and sniggling instead of enjoying. For me though, I can type much faster than I can write so I wouldn’t see myself using handwriting recognition much. I love spell check and have become dependent on it. It would be nice if it did spell check while you were writing… maybe the next version.
