Maybe they bought some ads for the keyword "boise" that is on your page four times. Maybe it found one of your links and thought it was relevant. You have a section on Lifestyle News, I could see an algorithm taking that the wrong way. I know the algorithm isn't perfect. Maybe it is just reading into things a little too much?
