IE is lacking in CSS support, but a knowledgeable web developer can solve most of these issues and manage to do all he needs to in only IE-compatible CSS.</description>

		<description>How different is this from the days of MSNBC and other such sites precluding you from their video content if you were using Safari or Firefox (Windows version as well)?  There have been other sites that have done this too, but I always grew frustrated by MSNBC.
