I was very excited to open my anniversary gift from my lovely wife today. I had been coveting these things for quite awhile but just hadn’t broken down and bought one. Every time I looked I only liked the expensive bigger ones (Many of them are only 4-5”), and just couldn’t realistically justify it. Now that I have one, I can’t decided if I should leave it at home or bring it to work. I love this thing!

Impressions
This thing looks great. the color is fantastic and the sharpness is top notch. I have seen some of these with kind of blurry screens but this one definitely is not. The slideshow is smooth and fast, but only after I used the included software to move photos to it. When I placed a 4GB CF card in it with some 10MP Photos, the slideshow was dog slow, the transitions were really jumpy. The photo software that comes with it resizes the photos to the native resolution and the smaller photos work much more efficiently.
It says it holds 1,000 photos on it. I have about 500 on it right now and have no way to know how much more it will hold, of course you can use internal and external memory at the same time.
Overall I am very pleased with this thing. I love the quality and it’s very good looking physically too. The included software is good at what it does, it’s got no bells and whistles but it moves the photos to the frame easily enough. The frame has a mini-usb for connecting to the computer (thanks for not using some proprietary connector, it also shows as an external storage device so you don’t HAVE to use the software.
I say four out of five stars!

Hi, Jason, this is only the most common features as a full function digital photo frame, the most fantastic feature will be the stainless steel brushed front panel, which gives us some design value. I suggest people try some small names for this kind of digiframe—same quality…
