I was screwing around with Logic Studio this morning and this little ditty came out, it’s totally a one off, improv kinda thing, but it was fun and I thought I would share.

I have been wanting to put something out to let you hear the kind of quality and production value I am getting with Logic Studio and Drumkit from Hell, this is by no means a polished idea, nor is it remotely done, but it’s a riff, an arrangement and shows you what kinda punch you can get.

This is recorded in Logic Studio, using two guitar tracks recorded with a PodXT Pro, one bass track recorded dry into my Yamaha 01x and effected with the Logic Bass Plugin, and EZDrummer MIDI drums using the Drumkit from Hell EZX Library.

Recently I got a Motorola Q 9m and I have been constantly tinkering with themes and ringtones. After creating my own cool ringtone from the main riff of "Life is Beautiful" by Sixx AM, I wanted to create one for Dawn so she had her own ringtone when she called.

I asked her what she wanted and she wanted a song I was working on a while back. This is a total Jason Burns custom creation, I wrote it, played the guitar riffs and the drums are courtesy of Reason 3.0 on PC. Enjoy!
