I am fat. I know I am not Nightline fat. I am not the kind of fat that people sue McDonalds over. I am just lazy American fat.

I keep saying I am going to do something about it, and I kind of start, but then I stop. Basically I am just lazy American…..and fat.

So now that I am a true video geek, and I will be on camera quite a bit, I realize I am visibly fat! I can suck in and my gut hides, but that will never do. So Microsoft gives me a kick ass gym to go to. I go and ride the bike or play some basketball, but nothing special.

So this is it, it’s out in print. I way 213lbs, I am 6′2″ish and I am ready to drop to a good fighting weight. When I left North Carolina, I was playing basketball 3-4 times a week, working out 5-6 times a week, eating very healthy and had dropped down to a very slim and trim 173lbs. I could jump, I could dunk, and I could run 5 miles and not feel like I wanted morphine.

So my goal is this, I want to be back to 180lbs. I know Dawn says that’s too skinny, but I want to be back in good Basketball shape so I can take the over the hill geeks at the Pro Club off the dribble and drop one in their eye again!

I am sure there will be many temptations along the way, but I just ate some pizza, call it a goodbye of sorts. Tomorrow I wake up to a bowl of cereal, possibly a chicken sandwich for lunch, and some light dinner. Sprinkle in some Gym, an evening run, and I can probably get a few pounds off by the weekend.

Anyone else want to join me? Does anyone else have a Nike+? It would be quite fun to do some online challenges!!!
